  4. skully says:

Nice list, and have installed a few of them already.

What I am looking for is a ext for the product page image gallery. Where it removes the popup for each thumbnail and refreshes the base image with ajax. Any links?

  5. Great collection of Magento Extensions. Thank you for sharing with us.

  6. Urmas says:

Hi, “Shop-by-brand” extentsion price in http://www.ecommercecircle.com is $64.99, in extension page it is $99. Which one is right?
    thank you, urmas

  7. Stephen says:

The Minimum Advertised Price module ONLY works with simple or virtual products. This is a major limitation which should be stated on the product but isn’t. Do not waste your time if you need this product for anything but simple or virtual products.

  8. Gtech UK says:

Good colection. Will giva a try some of them.
    Thank you.

  9. MagDev says:

    M2E Pro should be added – http://m2epro.ess-ua.com

this is great extension, which allow selling magento products on eBay, synchronize stock level, import eBay orders and customers, etc

  10. I’m very interested in the ebay integration module, but wary as it’s only just been released and I’ve been stung a couple of times paying for what was effectively beta software. I would be interested from others who have used this and their experiences with both 1.3 and 1.4 releases.

  11. alhalidi says:

    Nice collection mate.

  12. Sean says:

I’ve just found a very useful extension Gallery Pro at http://www.mage-world.com/magento-extensions/

  13. Tom says:

Nr. 8 – Color Swatches, looks nice but it uses Ioncube encription which makes it useless.

    • #8 – I would stay away from this module. The fact that it’s encrypted with Ion Cube makes it very difficult to work with.

      • Peter says:

I wouldn’t say it is useless because of ionCube, maybe support is not so good. But recently we used better plugin with same function that worked great and they had excellent support, magentocolorswatch(dot)com I would for sure recomend that.

    • Ray says:

Bad experience with this module/supplier. It is encrypted and supplier is not willing to do any (paid) mods, so if you buy it and it does not work or integrate as anticipated, you are in trouble. Do not count on a refund…

  14. Ashish says:

  20. Chris says:

Surprised that you didn’t mention performance extensions at all. I use TinyBrick’s Lightspeed (http://www.tinybrick.com/improve-magentos-slow-performance.html). They also have an in-summary-page order editor that allows you to edit orders without creating a new one (http://www.tinybrick.com/magento-true-edit-orders.html). I’d recommend both of them.

  21. Moogento says:

Let me chuck another one into the mix – our new quick-install/minimum maintenance Testimonials extension:
    http://www.moogento.com/magento-testimonials-reviews

It should pay for itself within a day or 2!

  22. aheadworks says:

Some of the extensions you’d mentioned have been dramatically upgraded. Check out new versions of Minimum Advertised Price and others at http://ecommerce.aheadworks.com/magento-extensions.html

  29. Tihanna says:

I have another suggestion for your list which somebody else also mentioned earlier. I haven’t had any experience with the color swatch listed here, but I know one which is great and it seems that everyone is saying that they have an excellent technical support. You can find it on the website http://www.magentocolorswatch.com, as well as the color swatch with ZOOM tool and the so called product List Swatches, which integrate the color swatch directly into your product list page.

    Hey… nice collection of extensions… :)

is there any extension (paid/free), that can be used for bulk import/export products in complex/configurable products

    thanks

  36. Moogento says:

I’d like to nominate my new extension, shipEasy, coded over more than a year in real live market environments:
    http://www.moogento.com/magento-order-shipping-processing.html

I actually had to use a Magento install without it yesterday and I felt completely restricted. You’re going to save hours from your order processing flow, guaranteed! It has things like: change status of any order from the orders page, to anything; ship/invoice any order(s); send customer messages with pre-filled info; customise the orders page (add/remove columns); see SKUs and product names for each order (in the orders page) & loads more…

  37. Aaron says:

GoMage LightCheckout – One Page Checkout for Magento allows your customers to enjoy fast, easy checkout by combining all the steps into one page only. By simplifying the process, you will increase your online sales.

  38. Ashish says:

The real power of ecommerce lies within the features it provides. Fortunately, there are numerous extensions available to enhance the store features and functionalities. One should also have Magik Extra Fee extension which lets store owners add additional fee i.e. Gift Wraps, Rush Orders, Insurance Fee etc. easily.
